For almost a year, I was eating whole foods 90% of the time, strength training 4–5 days a week, walking regularly, prioritizing sleep, managing stress, and even optimizing my hormones with HRT. My body was healthier… but my weight? Barely budged.
And then, in just three weeks, I lost 8.2 pounds — without crash dieting, endless cardio, or starving myself.
