If you're anything like me, the idea of getting "shredded" in my physical body is something that makes my ears perk up.
But here's the thing.. this "Shred" is a little different. It's for you if:

The start of The Shred Plan came from a desperate need to feel bettter. As a life-long learner I dove into researching, reading, and absorbing knowledge to figure out why I still wasn't feeling my best.
Bloating kept popping up, my adrenal fatigue came back, and brain fog was triggering a massive block in my creativity. But WHY?
When I dove into the research and started implementing different things I started to see a pattern and what I noticed surprised me because it's really so simple!
The benefits of The Shred Plan include more energy, clearer mind, enhanced focus, resolution of bloat/gas/constipation and, most likely, weight loss! This is not a diet. This will be a blueprint for you to follow to ensure that you’re giving your body the nutrients it needs to operate efficiently and effectively. It will be the key to cutting down on inflammation that plagues many of us due to our modern day diets.
This is by no means a low calorie, deprivation plan like those preparing for the bodybuilding stage! The shredded body that I aspire to have is one that is trim and toned but also one that LOOKS healthy and achieved in healthy dietary ways. And while you will definitely decrease the inflammatory processes going on in the body related to the foods that you have been consuming, you will most likely drop some pounds and bloat related to the inflammation.
You will also become a fat burning machine which will allow you to start seeing those abdominals that you have been dying to see and the toned arms that you have been working so hard on building!
